La realizzazione di un progetto è complessa e richiede attenzione in ogni sua fase.
Lo step iniziale prevede la scelta della materia prima in relazione alle esigenze del cliente e del prodotto. Essendo una fase cosi` cruciale e delicata, ci occupiamo direttamente della selezione della pietra naturale servendoci di tutta la nostra esperienza e professionalita` acquisita negli anni.
In seguito ad un approfondito meeting con il cliente abbiamo analizzato i suoi gusti in termini di colore ed abbiamo cercato l’abbinamento perfetto tra una vasta gamma di pietre naturali presenti nel nostro stock.
Il risultato di quest’analisi ha portato alla selezione della quarzite brasiliana Victoria Falls, un materiale con l’aspetto elegante del marmo ma con le caratteristiche di resistenza e durabilita` del granito.
Dopo aver selezionato il miglior blocco presente in cava ed averlo fatto arrivare in Italia appositamente, l’abbiamo analizzato al fine di utilizzarne la sua parte migliore da cui ricavarne il prodotto finito.
Per fare cio` procediamo alla fase di misurazione e taglio del blocco.
Una volta ricavata la fetta di blocco idonea alla realizzazione del progetto, viene mandata al laboratorio per iniziare il complesso lavoro di finitura, seguendo i disegni tecnici sottoposti ed approvati dal cliente.
Da qui cominciano tutte le varie fasi per arrivare ad ottenere il prodotto finito.
Il materiale, essendo estremamente duro, deve essere necessariamente scavato e lavorato con macchinari di ultima generazione iper-prestazionali che funzionano per giorni h24.Una volta che la vasca avra` preso forma dovra` essere levigata, ultimata e collaudata per l’ultima volta in modo da garantire l’eccellenza che contraddistingue i nostri prodotti.
Prima della consegna al cliente e` necessario fare un ulteriore collaudo per controllare il lavoro svolto e la perfezione della vasca da bagno. Tutto questo lungo e complesso procedimento viene seguito da noi con attenzione e cura, per consegnare un prodotto unico e perfetto. Il tutto ricercando e utilizzando sempre materiali di prima scelta.

The first step concerns the selection of the raw material according to the customer and the product needs.
This is a crucial and difficult phase, and for this reason we take directly care of the selection of the natural stone relying on our experience and professionalism gained in these years of work.
During a thorough meeting with the customer we analyzed his preferences in terms of colors and we found the perfect matching among a wide range of the natural stones here in our stock.
The result of this analysis brought to the selection of the brazilian quartzite Victoria Falls, an elegant material such as marble, but with the characteristics of a granite, like resistance and durability.
After the selection of the best block of the quarry and its arrival in Italy, we studied it in order to use its best side.
Once all the details were set, we proceeded to the misuration and cutting phase.
Once the suitable slice of the block is obtained this is sent to the workshop in order to begin the complex finishing that will lead to the final product, following the technical drawings submitted and approved by the customer.
From now on one phase after the other will will develop the multiplicity of proceedings that will give the final product.
The material has an extreme hardness, and therefore needs to be carved and processed with the latest generation of hyper performing machinery, which works for days h24.
Once the stone will take shape into the bathtub it will be honed, completed and tested for the last time, in order to guarantee the excellence that distinguishes our products.
